  Привет, братишка! Как жизнь? Давно не созванивались.

  Hey, little bro! How's life? We haven't talked in a while.

  О, привет! Да нормально всё. Работа, дом... сам знаешь, рутина.

  Oh, hey! Yeah, everything's fine. Work, home... you know, the usual routine.
• 3.
  Родителей навещал недавно? Я вот думаю на выходных съездить.

  Have you visited Mom and Dad recently? I'm thinking of going this weekend.
• 4.
  Был у них на прошлой неделе. Папа в огороде копается, мама варенье варит.

  I was at their place last week. Dad is tinkering in the garden, Mom is making jam.
• 5.
  Хорошо, что у них всё в порядке. Надо вместе как-нибудь выбраться к ним.

  Good to hear they're doing fine. We should go visit them together sometime.

  Давай. Заодно мамин борщ поедим, а то я соскучился.

  Let's do it. We can also eat Mom's borscht; I miss it.

  Отлично. Давай я тебе позже позвоню, обсудим детали поездки.
